Nothing wrong with Rice, she is very smart and her experience with foreign governments is a plus. The only draw back to me is that she supports Bush's policies on the war, in public at least.
Rice is a dumb broad. She accomplished nothing. What good is her education? In Soviet Union from a Western perspective which doesn't exist anymore?

I don't see a competent female Candidate right now. I like Edwards 1st and Obama 2nd. However, I don't see anyone as particularly strong.

Nobody cares about Russia, nobody. Condi Rice is ver inteligent and to say otherwise is ignorant. Plus the thread is if you had to? not if you didnt have to and there were no women to elect. So if you had to who would you want to be the female president of the United States.
