It's the daily outrage from the extremist republican party and their communication vehicle known as fox "news".

When will your party ever come up with anything constructive?

Teachers should not be teaching like that. They should teach a healthy respect for the office but also build in some skepticism.

FWIW I did not think RYOU was comparing Obama to Hitler he was pointing out that the act was similar to what they did in Nazi Germany.

Of course not but..... if you get all worked up about one teacher, in one school, and think it is that big of an issue, you really really need to get some perspective.

Then again you may be right..... I should quit worrying about my kid and traumatic brain injury issue, finances, other real problems, personal, national, and local, and instead focus on this particular issue with one teacher, in one class, in New Jersey, because of a viral U-Tube. Dang, I am so glad it has been pointed out how screwed up my priorities are. (eyes rolling so far back in my head I have a headache)

It doesn't matter if this is just one teacher or not, this type of crap shouldn't be happening. These kids are too young to form their own thoughts on things of this nature and should be guided by adults. This teacher is clearly putting her own political views into the classroom of children. I find it funny how liberals are always so quick to give up their freedoms so that the government can run their lives. This type of teaching is only going to make these kids think that Obama is where they need to turn when they want something out of life. That is what is wrong with the liberals in this world, they just want to sit back and have things handed to them. Just stick to teaching and let parents and life in general help mold the kids political views.

I don't think anybody is arguing that it was 'right' to do this..... just that it is a tempest in a teapot being used by one side to demonize the other. This pretty much defines political discourse today.... you suck, no you suck, you are evil, no you are evil.
