If they are falling right into the Dems hands then why is public opinion keep falling in regards to both Obama and the healthcare plan?

So are you suggesting this sort of thing is positive political discourse? Heck if that is the case maybe I should wander out to one of these things and get into a fight, maybe even shoot the place up, you know; it being positive and all of that.

Every president's rating falls early in their term. I thought it was you, Chance, who posted the link showing the presidents and the historical popularity ratings.
As far as the healthcare approval, people are either reacting the huge amount of negative propaganda or realizing that they are not going to get something for nothing (the vast majority of Americans still have good health insurance).

Of course it goes down some if I remember correctly not as steep as Obama's. I was mearly pointing out that most polls show this country are not supporting Obama or his ideas which shows that Republicans are not playing into the Dems hand.

That Link was pretty cool though huh

lol....don't know really how to respond to this. I hope this weekend is relaxing because it sounds like you need to chill out some. I think it is about time the Right stood up for what they believe in.

Cool - if confrontation is what they want; what the heck..... I am a person with no health insurance, 49 years old, and my blood pressure is over 220 on a good day (not to mention my collesteral is upsidedown in a bad way); so basically I am a heart attack or stroke walking.

Lets bring it on.... I am all about that kind of confrontation..... I have nothing to lose.

Seriously - if these things were close by I would be all over it. And I would make a serious effort to get one of them to throw the first punch. I ain't crap in the wrestling world, but in the normal world those idiots are way over matched.

PS- You are talking to somebody who get 30 calls a day from creditors from a child who IS insured, and I will probably die because of my issues fairly soon without insurance. I will be sure to add you to a list I will make, to have Reni notify you of my death - not that you care - you have yours afterall - everybody else can die.

Happy now (it has gotta suck when your politics gets interrupted by the real world... eh?) More joy for you.... I am pretty sure my kids mom is no longer alive..... so if I kick off due to our screwed up system, she is an orphan. But you got yours, so what do you care.

Dude, knowing your "real" views, if you were drowning I would have to think about if you were worth saving..... you don't care about anybody but yourself.... what would be the point.

PPS - you just got my BP over 250.... maybe I will kick off tonite. So smile at your good fortune.

While my previous response is way over the top..... and I am glad you find a "lol" in it (goodness knows we need to laugh more) welcome to my "real world". You think those idiots are emotional about the health care issue..... try being a daddy whose daughter cannot read, and has a leg that is crippled, and to this day there is no diagnosis. Try dealing with the "not covered". Try dealing with the "child sent home not able to stand up, paralysed, not able to read, and a "good luck with all of this". Screw you and your "this is poltics response". The bad side of me wishes this crap happens to you or your family. Does that sound bitter and angry..... guess what.... you have your baby go thru this crap..... while having your finances, credit, and all that get ruined (easily the least of my problems) and get back to me. Until then please don't bring up the second cousin or friend or distant relative thing because it is not remotely the same, because you do not have a fricken clue to "real world" situations.

    Chance -

Since you are about this.... lol....

I will have Reni upload some hospital and wheelchair pictures so you can get a chuckle.

    Sgallan,

I feel bad for what Reni is going through and from what I read she is a tough little girl.

However, when you talk about throwing the first punch and getting a gun and doing what ever I am going to laugh. You are bringing this criticism on yourself by acting like a jackass.

Don't throw this "real world" stuff around when you have no clue who the person is your talking to and what they have been through. I could write a book about what I have been through and what my family has been through. Situations very very close to what you are now going through.

How much of the bill have read? Be careful what you ask for....with this bill it may be benificial to your pocketbook but not to Reni's or your health.
