Default Senate rejects concealed weapon law

I have to admit that I am in agreement with the vote. I think that it is up to each state to set their standards for concealed weapons, and then approve other states permits based on the standards in those states. In the four corners area I believe that they accept each others concealed weapons permits. That does not mean Texas needs to and they should have the right as a state to determine such things.

This is just the first step in the liberal conspiracy to take all the guns away from hard-working, law abiding citizens and give them all to lazy, welfare-recieving, single mothers.

This is putting us on the fast tract to socialism.

I agree with this vote as well for the same reason as you Ugly......a lot of states recognize each others....i believe with AZ CCW is recognized in over half of the states.

Now I thought conservatives were for state rights...... the state rights issue sometimes goes both ways. Are you for the conservative principal of the States having the ability to making these kinds of decisions? Or do you want "big brother" the federal government making these decisions for you?
