Since we are all wrestling fans, it's easy for us to lose sight of how very many athletes, representing a diverse array of countries, do their training in the USA.

If medalists were tracked by country of training it would be the USA in a landslide.

It appears that the USA is the top dog when it comes to world class training of athletes (which may be a rude surprise to some naysayers on this message board). Wrestling is an exception rather than the rule.

Wrestling is a very big exception. Its like Americans are braindead when it comes to International wrestling.

There are so many foreign track & field athletes in the NCAA that the All-Americans are the top 8 Americans.

Foreign athletes don't count when determining All-American status.
