It's clear they targeted JoePa on this one. Go to any of the biggies and you'll more of the same and some quite worse. They targeted PSU because of it's reputation.

Oh I agree, go to any D-1 school and you will find the same stuff. Just at some other schools the players get stiffer punishment.
