Good News #1: Just returned to work after recovering from back surgery.
(work in Kuwait, been out of work since February)

Good News #2: Price of gas here is 70 cents a gallon.

Bad News #1: It was 136 degrees yesterday afternoon.

Bad News #2: I have 24 more days to go before I go home.

The opposite, not really looking forward to 24 days of hell.

It actually cooled down today, only 124 degrees but the 15-20 MPH winds makes it feel like a blast furnace.
