Re: M-e-t-s ....mets Mets Mets Mets fan here as well. The Mets need to pick up some bull pen help before the trade deadline. I have no faith in Schoenweis, Heilman has been disappointing this year, Sanchez is hot/cold, and while Wagner is solid he still has a few hiccups now and then.
I think the offense is finally starting to produce like they should have been all year. They also need to pick up a corner outfielder because I don't think they can rely on Alou coming back healthy.
Phils and Mets should go back and forth the rest of the summer with the Mets pulling it out in September this year. Jerry Manuel picks up the manager of the year award.
