Default Quicksingle, how do you stay small?

I just had a nice lunch. When I jumped on the scale, I tipped 300 for the first time in my life. Damn!!!!!!

Maybe quick doesn't "jump" on the scale.

    Maybe try eating salad?
There's no such thing as a pretty good aligator wrestler.

    Ancient Chinese secret.

no seriously, genetics, I guess. my parents aren't big people. I guess I just don't have the ability to get real heavy, though I've gained 10 lbs in the past few years. Could never gain weight before.

I don't know. My parents are in the 150-160 range. I was a small kid. I was 120 pounds at 14 when I got here.

Where is the end? How far can I go?

Quicksingle, I was about your size at the same age. Now, I'm beyond 160 but I have a number of years on you.

I think genetics has a lot to do with it. The other thing I note is, I love to eat, but I always know when I've had enough. Apparently some people don't know when to stop.

I got up to about 325 in college ... and believe me, that wasn't exactly something I'm pleased about.

Walking around about 265-270 recently, graduated HS at 215, gained 60 in a semester first year of college, been fluctuating between probably 265-290 the past few years.

Note, the lowest I've been since high school was 255, that was just three months after I stepped on at 325.

Lost 70 pounds in about 3 months just by cutting out fast food, soda, and eating late.

Working my way back down again, started a few weeks ago around 280 ... 265 the other day, but that friggin' movie killed me with the big ass diet coke and popcorn (yeah yeah, water weight). ... and the crap popcorn.

I'm much bigger than my dad ... hell, and my mom is barely over 5-feet-tall.

    Genetics are a ***** sometimes...

yeah that's the thing. After a really big meal I feel disgusting. Feel all bloated like I can barely touch my toes. I definitely know my limits. It's weird - my weight is good during the week, then the weekend comes, going out to dinner, heavy drinking, etc. I step on the scale Sunday night and sometimes go as high as 157. I'm like "HOLY SH*T!" I wake up Monday around 151/152, go through the normal week with work and my 2 wrestling work outs and I'm 147-148 by Friday, eating normally (i don't usually drink alcohol during the week). Weekend comes and screws me up again.
