My friend introduced me to Pop Evil and i was an instant fan. They are going on tour with Puddle of Mud in the fall, and i cant wait to see them live. Is anyone else a Pop Evil fan? If you haven't heard them you should check out their myspace (myspace.com/popevil) and listen to songs such as "Hero" from their upcoming album Lipstick in the Mirror. They will definitely fuel your workout. Hope you like them!

I like "Last Resort" and "To be Loved" by Papa Roach, "Lose Yourself" by Eminem, and I know that people are going to hate on me for this one, but "Sandstorm" by Darude... something about Wanderlei Silva's entrances just gets my adrenaline going.

Otherwise, its Psycho Holiday by Pantera or Suffer the Children by Napalm Death

Could also add Sevendust, Meshuggah, Lamb of God, etc...

My favorite UFC entrance music is "Hate Me Now" by Nas, Frank Mir comes out to it.
