50% off at the big stores is routine. I never makes sense to pay anything less than 50 off.

I buy one pair of sneakers each year and usually pay 75-80% less than retail price at the sports stores. You just to know when they start the annual clearance. I haven't paid more than $29 for name brand sneakers since I was in HS.

I do the marketing for a store that sells nothing besides dresses over $1400.00 USD... The overall sales numbers have increased, however, the US sales have been cut by about 40% since last june..
