LOS ANGELES - Paris Hilton was released from jail early Thursday due to an unspecified medical condition after serving only three days of a 23-day sentence.
She was sent home with an electronic monitoring ankle bracelet and must remain there for 40 days, according to sheriffs spokesman Steve Whitmore.
Yeah you guys act surprised. I doubt she was even in jail at all. She went in the front and they took her out the back. Total publicity stunt for a total publicity whore.
She'll be in Rio this weekend while her lookalike is hanging out in her house with her "bracelet."
Can't say I didn't see it coming though, I knew she wouldn't make the 23 days of her 45 day sentence, completely ridiculous.
Any other "normal" person would've been taken to the hospital (if medical treatment was needed), given the treatment they needed and sent right back to jail.
She may not stay out. The LA City Attorney filed an action in Superior Court today requiring her to appear back before the sentencing judge. It seems that the Sheriff may have acted outside his authority. The original sentence said that she could NOT be release early and that electronic surveillance was not an option. Tomorrow she has to appear, and may well go back to jail.
