Last night Paris said: “I want to thank the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and staff of the Century Regional Detention Center for treating me fairly and professionally. I hope that others learn from my mistakes.”

A spokesman for the LA County Sheriff said: “Once she has done her 40 days, she has paid her debt to society.”


So other people can learn from her mistakes but she obviously can't... this whole thing is rediculous!

I wonder if the other inmates get treated "fairly and professionally" when they have medical problem and need treatment??? Does "fairly and professionally" mean "get off easy" and "unwilling to do the time your were sentenced to" these days????

Mom told her it was ok to come back home. What a joke that family is!

UPDATE, 3:12 PM ET Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer ordered Paris Hilton to return to jail to serve out her original 45-day sentence, according to The Associated Press.
“It’s not right!” shouted the weeping Ms. Hilton, the A.P. said. “Mom!” she called out to her mother in the audience.
She has served five days so far, and was facing a 23-day term before being transferred on Thursday to house arrest by the Los Angeles Country Sheriff’s Department. They cited “medical issues.”
TMZ reported that she would be delivered directly back to prison from court.

Sheriff Joe does more to whore for the camera than Paris ever dreamed of. Thew guy is a fraud. For all his 30 cent meals and tents and pink underwear the crime rate has gone up in Maricopa Co. every year.
