Last night Ks got another bad dose of storms. Chapman got the worst of it losing over 60 homes (which is a large percentage of their homes) and worse yet lost a life. Before The Swayz took a coaching job he lived in Chapman. Kansas State University also took a lot of damage losing dorms and halls.

They are here in Iowa as well. Four boy scouts were killed on a camping trip yesterday, and 1800 acres were destroyed. I don't know when this is going to stop.

Just talked to Swayz. He sent me some pics he got and it's pretty bad. His family had just moved out of the house he grew up in and just sold it last week, and it was destroyed.

And tonight my area of the state's under the gun. There's a tornado 8 miles to the east of my house right now. The wall cloud formed practically on top of our house. One of the most eery feelings is when it's storming like crazy and all of a sudden it's completely calm signalling a possible tornado.

Hey guys normally stay off here, but was in Chapman the other day and it is super rough. They are already running out of supplies and the estimated damage is in excess of 70 million dollars for the town of 1,200. The wrestling room is totally gone, as is my home church, and large sections of all 3 schools and my old house. Very disturbing to say the least.
