Big congratulations are in order for our local poster Ken Shirtaugh who has completed his first marathon today in Cleveland. He posted a VERY credible 3:13 which worked out to approximately 7 min and 23 seconds per mile over the 26 miles (and change) course.
I cannot imagine myself even running ONE 7 minute mile now, forget about doing 26 of them in a row.

GREAT JOB Ken, finishing close to the top 100.
Thanks all. Fell just short of my goal. Came out way too fast with a 1:29 first half. Died the last few miles, missed out on qualifying for Boston by 2 minutes and some change. No excuses, I need to get better.
