I call it "The Lizard King". This is some crazy dude I saw at Venice Beach in Los Angeles. The original photo had a very cluttered background, including some dude behind his shoulder looking into the camera. After 2 hours with Photoshop, I eventually blacked out the whole background without messing up the main subject's details too much.

Venice Beach on any given weekend in the summer is probably the best place in the world to "people watch".

sgallan: you got me thinking about that. Venice beach probably is the #1 people watching place I have ever been to. But I can think of another place that may be more interesting. I was probably there as we got around but I don't think it was like that in the mid 70's.
