No way. Wooten is beyond compare side by side. Statistically and championships-wise, Wooten blows everyone's doors.

More importantly, every college has a basketball team. Gable's competition was a lot slimmer.

More importantly, every college has a basketball team. Gable's competition was a lot slimmer.
College basketball was nowhere near as deep i nWooden's time, and the NCAA tournament was a two rounds shorter.

I would argue that K brought in quite a number of McDonald's All-Americans that never really lived up to their hype. I have a lot of friends that are Dook fans and they think that he has not seemed to be able to develop the talent he brings in very well lately.

Well, no it's not code for that, although I guess they have had more black players. It's just a matter of watching the games to realize that UNC has always played "above the rim" moreso then Duke, and gets more of the best talent.
