I have to agree that this guy knows about as much about hair bands as my grandmother.

The New York Dolls? Please, they're pure 80's punk and should never be confused with the likes of Winger, Poison, Cinderella, White Lion, White Snake, Great White, Ratt, Motley Crue, Scorpions, Stryper, Warrant etc.

Van Halen is a mistake on this list as well as Aerosmith and Ozzy. Just because someone has long hair and at some point teased it up in the 80's doesn't make them a "hair band". I'm also not sure GnR should be on this list either. I wasn't and still am not a GnR fan, but they weren't a hair band. Axl might be a douche, but Slash's guitar was pure metal, even if he was forced to play tons of ballads and soft metal songs.

No, Mr. Crowley was Randy Rhoades. Jake E Lee was "Shot in the Dark", "Lightning Strikes", etc... Ozzy has always had great guitarists in his bands - Rhoades, Jake E Lee, Brad Gillis, Zakk Wylde.
