Matthew Wiseman, 24, an emergency room nurse in Virginia Beach was arrested on Tuesday, April 1 and charged with stealing a credit card from a man who had just died and using it to purchase a laptop computer.

He has been charged with felony counts of credit card theft and credit card fraud. Wiseman is charged with stealing a credit card from Michael Puopolo, who was pronounced dead of a heart attack last week at Sentara Bayside. A few hours after he died, Puopolo's credit card was used to purchase a $1,800 laptop computer at a Virginia Beach electronics store.
