There's one that kind of stands out as the worst:

Viva Viagra (Guys in my general age group singing. The commercial makes you think it is a real performance at first. The real betrayal, the et tu Brutus moment, comes when they sing the lyrics Viva Vigra). I see they now have a country version.

The only ED one that's not terrible is the one where the guy is washing his car and in the end uses the sprinkler to rinse it off because his wife (presumably) gives him a look as she walks by.

The only thing I find offensive about ED commercials is when they talk about 4 hour erections, the rest is pretty innocuous.

Any commercial for The Family Guy that features that creepy baby on that show. I'm opposed to all killing, but I'd be happy to see him taken out! Gives me the willies.
