Grape Nuts (the original nuggets, not the flakes), even though I'm old enough to remember those goofy TV commercials with Euell Gibbons ("Ever eat a pine tree?")

Apple Jacks.... nothing else is even close. After training and making weight for some big competition (wrestling, powerlifting, bodybuilding) I have ALWAYS bought a big box of Apple Jacks. Always.
