Sorry to bombard all of you with this stupid post, but for my wife and my 9th Anniversary tonight, here is where we went. I had yet to go to the place, but in brief, the food was out of this world and the best part was the painting!! The entire re-creation of this painting was done with spray paint! I'm not kidding. Wow, looks great. I am from (near) Waterloo so I knew about Paco's artwork. It's pretty amazing to hear he's got a restaurant and that it is so good. I might have to hit that up when I go back.

This looks like a really cool place.

I wish it were closer to my home.

That was #8. We rapidly advanced to fine dining with a beautifully spray painted ceiling and walls in one year!

I know when I was out for the National Duals this place was right around the corner from our hotel. Hopefully next year I can actually go there to eat.

In my opinion, this was the best food that I've ever had in my life from a retaurant. It is definitely "fine dining," (which, I'll admit, I'm not very experienced with) and the prices were maybe a bit on the higher side, but we also have a couple of places in the area that are just as expensive but not quite as good, and NOTHING compares to the atmosphere. It's stunning. The bar downstairs is pretty darned nice too!
