Any other old linebackers think about what it would be like to wrap that hair around your hand during a tackle?

This is a weird topic for me, as I played football in college in the early-mid 80's and I was the only one that I knew of who did have long hair back then when I played. In fact, my coach called me "Sheepdog _______" (blank space is my last name). For me, it was all about individuality.

Now, what people think is individuality (having long hair) is not, and it just looks stupid. I also noticed that the vast majority of them are also defensive backs, thus adding to the "individuality problem" with me.
