    Default I reached a new record for biceps

    Alright I will brag a little since some of you were interested in my training.

    Today for the first time in my life I took an EZ curl bar and two 45 pound plates on each side and did 5 reps of biceps curls (sure, I helped with my back but my main goal was to at least do the weight).

    So an EZ curl bar is 25 pounds plus 4 plates of 45 pounds is another 180.

    That's biceps curls with 205 pounds for 5 reps.

    Don't try this at home folks!

    Not on Big's level, but I locked out 275 on the bench today which is a new PR. Looking to get up to 315, and then I'm going to start to switch my focus over to Deadlifts I think.

    I wasn't going to say anything but since cgbspender did, I agree with his question.

    Congrats to Jensen. That's a lot of weight unless you're a big guy. DLs are even nobler in my book. I haven't set a PR for a number of years, but they're definitely nice.
