Is this insane or what? I am a non-smoker, but I think this is ridiculous. Don't lawmakers have more important things to worry about? I hate how PC this damn country is becoming.

Let parents be parents. Parents be responsible teach your kids, don't rely on the government to tell them what's acceptible to watch or listen to.

C'mon - what are they going to see out on the street. Granted it won't be a "hero", but still it's life as it exists.

The thing that's weird to me is that movies have changed their depictions of smoking. Heroes don't smoke any more, it's the scum who do. If Breakfast with Tiffany's was made today, there is no way Audrey Hepburn would have a cigarette in her hand for most of the movie.
