Thread: Shower in the morning or at night?

  1. #1

Default Shower in the morning or at night?

The discussion about wearing socks to bed leads me to ask about showering (or bathing). I used to shower in the morning back in the day, now it's at night.

Does you're pattern change on the weekend? And are there any studies on this?

Hi, Steve. At night if I have to get up for work the next morning. Otherwise prn (as needed).

both. I have to have the morning shower to wake me up and get me going, but I usually have to take one at night, especially when I've been working out

Morning if necessary. I prefer to shower as little as possible. LOL

Morning. Need to or I would be a zombie. I also tend to sweat a lot when I sleep (I put a towel over my pillow) so if I didn't shower in the morning I would have that not so fresh feeling all day. As a side note, although I love getting a good sweat on the mat, I can not stand sweating outside of my workouts. The worst is during the Summer when I go down in the subway station. Sometimes I start pouring and I can't stop. My morning is ruined. I'm pissed off until lunch usually.

On the weekends, unless I need to go out, I will avoid showering if I can. I'll just lounge around the apartment with my sweatshirt tucked into my sweatpants. I don't like to brush my teeth either, but that's not important right now.

I am going to take a wild guess and say you are single...?
I will smash your face into a car windshield and then take your mother, Dorothy Mantooth, out to a nice seafood dinner and never call her again!

Tell me about it, this morning, I woke up and I shit a squirrel, but what I can't get is the damn thing is still alive. So now, I've got a shit covered squirrel running around my office and I don't know what to name it.

nope. married with a kid on the way. I weigh like 145 lbs and am in decent shape for my age though so take the sweating thing proportionately. It's not like I weigh 250.
