Yes, we have internet service here in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Since this is an all-inclusive resort, we also have UNLIMITED BOOZE, and I'm falling behind in my minimum daily required consumption, so I must say adios for now.

I'm at Excellence Punta Cana - an all inclusive resort. I'll be happy to tell you all about this place, but I haven't been "off campus" much. I don't think there's much touristy stuff outside of the resorts, and the roads are only so-so for driving. If you have any specific questions or want to know about this resort (it's great!), please ask away.

Kinda like my trip to the Soviet Union in the summer of 1989 where we stayed at the "Intourist" hotels where the locals weren't allowed inside. Every time we stepped outside the locals were pleading with us to buy them goods from the stores inside where they weren't allowed to shop.
