oh man, I have a new favorite meal. Quick and easy and pretty healthy. I got a new indoor grill for Christmas. It's better than my old George Foreman cause it's big, and the lid flips over so you can use both sides. On one side I put chicken with worcestershire sauce and lemon pepper. Then I put green, red, yellow, and orange peppers, and sweet onions in a bowl and mix up with a little olive oil and lemon pepper, and put them on the other side of the grill.
I have fixed this at least 4 times so far in 2008....

Wow, that thing is a behemoth of a grill! What's the brand and model? Is it as heavy as it looks?

We've done a couple of things that were good - but I think my favorite so far was a pork loin with a grapefruit sauce served with roasted grapefruit slices. I like to use the local produce in cooking, and since we live in citrus country, I do a lot of experiments with citrus sauces, marinades, desserts, etc. Brewed a really nice orange mead not to long ago. Unfortunately, none of it is left.
