Yes but there is a fine difference. When the choice is between pro-American propaganda and reporting something Anti-Russian (like even something American media would not want to report) Anti-Russian stance wins on Russian TV. That is why something about Russia praised by American media most likely will be portrayed differently by Russian TV here in NY.
