1. Prancer - I know it's hokey, but I love that little girl singing off key and Sam Elliott saying at the end in that low, serious voice that he could bear it if he lost his farm, but he just couldn't bear it if he lost her.

2. Rudolph - Gotta love Burl Ives.

3. How the Grinch Stole Christmas - combination of the animation/illustration and the voices.

4. The Santa Clause - Judge Reinhold and all his bad sweaters and all.

5. Merry Christmas, Charlie Brown - just for the nostalgia.

5a. Miracle on 34th Street, either version.

How could I forget the Grinch. Oh well I stand by my list. Not a huge fan of Prancer but, I like your list.

Nobody has said Home Alone or Better Off Dead. Better Off Dead is a classic in my book.

Not a movie, but my favorite Christmas show was a Christmas episode of the TV show, "My So Called Life." In it, the family befriends a homeless girl, who turn out to have died by freezing to death due to her poverty, and is actually an angel. I get goose bumps just thinking about it.
