Shortly after starting my comeback this season I injured my right shoulder. Being the tough stubborn guy I am though tried to ignore it and keep goin. Well it finally got to the point where it's affecting my ability to wrestle. Every time my shoulder has any pressure put on it, it pops out of place. So I finally went and saw the doctor and found out theres nothing to do for it except shoulder surgery. Awesome news for me. So now I'm waiting to hear if I'll be able to take a medical redshirt second semester. If I can I'll be having surgery pretty soon. If not then I'll finish the season then have surgery. So what started out as a positive year for me in regards to my comeback has become really quite depressing.

You better go ahead and have surgery. and while you're at it, see if they can do something for that hard head of yours too.
The longer you put it off, the worse it's going to be. I know several wrestlers who kept putting off shoulder surgery and by the time they finally had it, they were pretty much beyond repair.

Crappy news Curtis. My left shoulder is garbage missed most of High School wrestling due to that injury. Still bothers me to this day. Hope everything works out for you. Shoulders are a tricky business.

Tell me about it, this morning, I woke up and I shit a squirrel, but what I can't get is the damn thing is still alive. So now, I've got a shit covered squirrel running around my office and I don't know what to name it.
I'm also falling apart. My shoulders have been bad for over 3 years now. Plus foot problems.
Curtis, you are too young to already be to the point where you choose to accept living with pain. Take care of yourself so you're not hobbling around by the time you're 30. After all, you'll have to be able to take care of me when I get even older...

So does this mean no fan exhibition at the cage match Friday Night?
I finally found out that I won't be able to medical redshirt this season b/c I've wrestled one to many competitions. So I'm gonna go ahead and wrestle the rest of the season. My first competition is this weekend at National Duals, so if anybody's there watching you should stop by and say hey.

Have you ever wrestled Dieffenbach? He is doing pretty well now in D-I.
