I'm staying home, cooking a small turkey for just us. I did concessions at the HS tonight for 6 hours and I just want to put my feet up. I did get to see BlueStater though and I helped weigh in 9 girls. Not bad for 3 teams. Our HS had 3 girls weigh in and one injured.

I think I'll have you all beat on the number of guests... We're expecting 60 at my house! We have 4 turkeys going as we speak. I was in charge of mashed potatoes and homemade noodles! Hope everyone have a great Thanksgiving.

My wife's side of the family has 12 - they all have spouses, significant others, and children, the older nieces and nephews also have children of there own..... so 2 parents 12 kids + spouses and sig.others = 24. 29 grandchilren 17 of which are bringing spouses/boy-girlfriends. 12 great grandkids. So..... 2+24+29+17+12=84 --- I think we've got you beat Elisa. This takes place in a machine shed at the in laws farm.
Those of you who think you know it all really annoy those of us who actually do ;)

    I'll be staying local.

Going to my in-laws on the other side of town.

It's not a very big gathering (10-15) and it seems to get smaller every year.

I'll get to see my little 6 year-old cousin who just started his wrestling career a few weeks ago.

It will make my thanksgiving if he has a black eye already!

I'll agree- you have me beat by a few! We only have my dad's immediate family and their kids here. We're missing his sister and her family of 6 + their kids... Unfortunately, this takes place in our house... too cold for the barn today!

... I'm at Grips' parents house for Turkey Day. we've been playing Guitar Hero all day.

His 12-year old sister can wail on this ... I, sadly, still suck at this game.

It was just my immediate family, and that's 12 people. My grandma has cooked for years, but it tires her out now, since she is 94 and all. We went to a Polish restaurant and had pierogis and turkey.
