Beware of Yoga: Part Deux!
We, first, learned here in Iowa that yoga is dangerous to kids because once you accept yoga, you then are taught to accept homosexuality.
Today, I just learned of another danger associated with yoga. When reading keep in mind that I've been doing yoga or a couple of years now and I have been converted into fully accepting Elton John for his sins, as well as reading all Hindu spiritual texts that I can get my hands on!

Ban,I wish i could still do yoga but that ain't happening !Plus, i went to yoga classes to pick up horny divorcees :)

Are you sure that you can't? The other video that I posted shows a guy who didn't think that he could either.

Just got my MRI results back and have severe Cervical Stenosis , which matches with my lumbar stenosis which goes with my 2 knees which need replaced -everything hurts.

I've yet to have a surgery which gave lasting relief.This first Cervical surgery requires a one week hospital stay followed by 5 weeks of doing nothing.I live alone and am not going into a nursing home like last time.i really don't think I have the balls for this one.
