How many of those guys actually graduated from UNC? I think they all graduated before they graduated, so the spelling *could* still be argued..

    just kidding.. just kidding!!!

That picture is pretty hilarious- looks like they are enjoying the beating they were handing out.

Actually they all did. Peppers redshirted his freshman year so even though he left a year early he still earned his degree in the 4 years he was there. Carter and Jamison went pro early but both came back and finished their degrees. It was a nice story with Carter - he had promised his mother that if he went pro he would still keep coming back to Chapel Hill every summer for classes until he earned his degree. Jamison did the same thing, finished up in summer school then came back for the winter graduation ceremonies to walk that year.

What's funny is that some people I know that were at the game actually had that sign. The alum players saw it and asked if they could hold it up for a while.

you know, outside the Carolinas, one could put an entirely different spin on that photo.
Life's not the breaths you take, the breathing in and out that gets you through the day ain't what it's all about. It's the moments that take your breath away.

wow, I would have assumed none would have gone back. I just checked their records and only saw three seasons on their stat sheets.
