    That's a good one. What'd you cut?

My difficult task would be surfing a triple overhead wave (18 feet) at Sunset beach in Hawai'i. I'm more of a small wave surfer (don't really like being held under water for a minute by a wave..) but my brother talked me into it. (and would have been there to perform emergency procedures.. lol)

Physical: finishing my first triathalon. It wasn't all that long 1/2 mile swim, 32 mile bike (with a lot of elevation change) and then an 8 mile run. Either that or making 178 for an tough freestyle tournament. I got third and there were a total of 10 High School state titles (freestyle, greco and collegiate) in our 8 man bracket.

However the single toughest thing that I've ever done is write the eulogy for my son's funeral last year. I really wanted to deliver it as well but I didn't think that I was strong enough. He was born 11/25/07 and died 11 hours later 11/26/07.

My off season weights were about 175 in high school and 195 in college, but there wasn't a lot of excess to begin with.

So sorry to hear that, Snackem. It doesn't get much tougher than that.

yeah it was a tough November/December. There weren't any warning signs the entire pregnancy, Curt (our son) just didn't wake up. Fortunately my wife got pregnant again shortly after our Son died and our daughter was born on the 16th of November 2008 (the day before the first day of wrestling practice). Throughout the entire season my wife would tell people that T'Sharra was 1/3 of a wrestling season old or 1 wrestling season old.

Perhaps the toughest thing I have ever accomplished both mentally and physically was 100 mile march in 4 days full battle rattle. It was a memorial of the Bataan death march.
