Remarkable! Any idea what the brochure said to have such an impact?
I think the brochure was what the kids handed them, "You care about me, but why not about yourself." I'm assuming the impact was the thought provoking experience.
Would this have had the same impact within American culture?
I'm betting it would, if the kids were on the open streets like they were in the video. But if the kids went to bad neighborhoods, whether it be Japan or USA, I don't think it would have much of an impact. But I do think they would get the same talking too from adults regardless of neighborhood. Even the worst of people have a heart to help kids, they just don't think they are worth the help themselves. It definitely would be cool to test that theory, though.Quote:
