That's a bit arrogant, in my PC opinion.
It's not my job to tell anyone anything. It's my right to express my opinion. If something is not intended to be offensive and most reasonable, rational people wouldn't find it offensive, then it is my opinion that someone who finds it grossly offensive is overreacting. You have a right to react any way you please and I have a right to my opinion of your reaction.

Translation: I'm neither reasonable or rational because I oppose bigotry.

Thanks, Spider. It seems that the antagonizers have even turned us against one another.

Ban, no one has turned me against you or anyone else. I tried to express how I felt about your reaction on this thread in a respectful and friendly manner, and unfortunately you became even more insulted and threw it back in my face. I continue to respect you and your opinions, but even best friends can offer criticism to each other.

In response to your translation above, I don't see these jokes as bigotry because I don't believe that those who posted them, myself included, honestly think any less of the Irish or are attempting to demean them. That's my opinion.

Schlottke, you banned Jimmy? LOL if so. Now you have people bashing you on that other WTF forum and themat. Weak. You guys do a great job not letting this place go sour like those those did/have.

I don't think we've banned Jimmy, but if someone did I'm not going to complain.

Psst TW, these weren't that funny the first time you posted them, they didn't get any better the second...

    Keep posting the jokes, TW.

As an German/Irish American, I'm always looking for more good ones to tell at family functions.
