thanks man . I KNOW I am going to come through this much better !! I can actually run my hand over my chest and clavicle w/out feelings bumps and lumps of scar tissue and missed set bones. As to your hip replacement-keep it clean-follow protocol and at the first sign of redness or swelling get your ass back to the hospital .A lady across the hall from me in the Danville rehab center threw a blood clot and i can still here her screams !! You ( from your picture) appear to have a support system in place and that is 1/2 the battle . Keep us informed !!

Good luck Payton! I don't know exactly how it works, but my wife does home health care nursing and as long as you can prove that you have no way to a hospital or doctor, insurance pays for nurses to go to your house for those treatments. If you haven't already, try to check into that. If you have, my bad. Good luck with everything!

Russ - I don't know what to say about your experiences - except that I am glad you are making your way through them and surviving to be with us. Good luck to you. We (not a royal we, I have shared this with my wife and family) are hoping for your quick and complete recovery.
