There is a version of it, its slightly different. I'm still figuring things out, so hopefully I'll have enabled it in the coming days.
They're called rep points here. You can give a specific post positive, or negative rep, the person who you rep will see who its from, and you can't rep the same person twice in a row.
Haha, and when you give someone an approval, a box comes up saying something like "may you be lucky enough to get it in return". awesome.
