i was doing time I didn't owe and was shoved down a flight of stairs by 4 gang bangers at W.C.C. . the original injury might not have been that bad but I walked around the compound with my clavicle sticking out of my chest for 3 months .Tore ALL rotator cuff muscles , dislocated shoulder and broke clavicle . a little over a year after release i had my shoulder rebuilt but it came apart during PT . then had it replaced 2007 and it held until April .

when ever you see me post about a dirty cop that was part of my old vendetta against the system for doing someone else's time . I was released after filing a writ of habeus corpeus and my case was dismissed with prejudice. ALL that 97 days cost me was my home, auto and , most importantly , my right shoulder . Sometimes physic wounds heal more slowly than physical . I'd say 50/50 here .

those charges may NEVER be brought against me again and the case was BS and I could seek financial recompose . Indiana laughed at me .They erased my existence from WCC and then never gave me state pay and denied I was injured . The D.O.c is run by a bunch of crooked bastards i'd love bad things to happen to .
In the 1980's the head of DOC was convicted of cooking the books and using inmate labor to build his home . complete with gold fittings and vanities . Was sentenced to community corrections and then disappeared .
