    I feel for you man, i grew up in Iowa and went to college up near the MN border so i know your pain. The cold is one of the main reasons i moved to AZ. It is sunny and 70 here today

    I taught in Glendale ,AZ. and in Flagstaff,AZ-two of my many stops on the maternity leave trail..in the late 80's -early 90's if you were an non-tenured teacher you followed the jobs-and most of them were in the sun Valley.
