Can I travel to Bloomington on the 35W bridge now? Is it open?

Yes, but if you're coming from Iowa you wouldn't get that far heading to Bloomington.

Thanks. It seems that I recall that I do cross the river there though, but the collapse must have been further north. I never did actually go see it.

If you are interested in seeing the bridge there's a nice view from the upper levels of the Guthrie Theater. The Guthrie is a cool place and has two observations levels and I'd suggest seeing it from both.
