Even though he's not much of an actor, I enjoyed Randy Couture's discussion of cauliflower ear in the movie, and his climatic battle with WWE's Steve Austin. Pretty fun movie overall.

i'd imagine this is the quintessential "low expectations" movie. as long as you're not thinking it's going to be some sort of blockbuster, you'll probably enjoy it.
