What?!? No way. It's always the last person you expect
Also, I wonder what his answer to God is because the last I heard, there are no religions that believe God finds homosexuality to be OK.
The more liberal streams of some religons probably don't have a problem with gayness (I know there's Christian "gay churches" around now.) But I noticed the "God" comment as well.
BTW Spider's initial comment reminded me that we need a sarcastic face emoticon... would clear up a lot of hassle, for me at least. (Or is there one I'm not aware of?)
As a point of clarity, there are, if I recall correctly, fewer than ten references to "homosexual sins of the flesh" in the Bible.
By contrast, there are literally hundreds of mentions of "heterosexual sins of the flesh" in the Bible.
If we want to invoke religion, we must, first, ask which God truly hates more: the one he condemns hundreds of times or the one condemned a few times.

Yea another guy coming out of "Church" music this week announced, Ray Boltz, in the words of Newsong, "I Can Only Imagine."

A certain amount of opposition is of great help to a man. Kites rise against, not with the wind. ~ John Neal
BB, it's easier to demonize homosexuals as there are far fewer of them (then heterosexuals.) Most people feel heterosexual lust (which Jesus harshly condemns). It's easier condemn the few for homosexual people who exist then it is to confront the inappropriate heterosexual behaviors of the many.
I'm not a huge religious proponent here, but isn't every form of / reason for homosexuality a sin? And while there are heterosexual sins, those only have to do with certain kinds of activity or circumstances while there are in fact times when heterosexual activity is acceptable?
I'm only commenting on his reference to only having to answer to God and would feel/comment the same about an adulterer saying s/he only has to answer to God - since both cases are considered sin. A heterosexual person participating in procreation activity would not be considered sin. So, there's a difference here and quoting the number of times homosexual sin mentioned vs heterosexual sin is not valid.
Besides, if every homosexual activity is a sin, you don't have to mention it multiple times to clarify how it applies to various situations - because it's never OK. For heterosexual activity, there is a need to reference it more times to clarify the circumstances where it is or is not acceptable.
wow, how shocking. it's as surprising fake boobs on a stripper.
