Been doing a little research lately on B Movies, specific to car chases and all. I just saw a gem last night I have never seen titled, Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry starring Peter Fonda and Vic Morrow along with Susan George. A note of warning, is I have had brought back to memory that a lot of the old pg movies really should be rated 'R'. This movie though has likely the best car chase ever filmed and it is a blast for fun. Morrow, who died while making The Twilight Zone is wonderful here as is Peter Fonda. The SuperCharged Edition is a blast with some great special features.

No intending to hijack, but I grew up emulating Sgt. Chip Saunders ( Vic Morrow, Combat) every Saturday morning with my friends. We replayed the action from the past week's show. The guy was a super grunt.

The original Gone in 60 seconds has about a 40 minute car chase.

Yea, there is a chase seen in the movie with Morrow, in a helicopter chasing a dodge charger. Apparently the pilot was later killed in a helicopter accident, talk about ironic. Morrow was a great character actor and some say this was one of his best roles.

Back to topic. I love a lot of Bs, but don't recall many chase scenes. One of my favorite Bs is Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine. A bit science fiction spoof with Vincent Price and Frankie Avalon.

Another B movie is The Wraith with Charlie Sheen, Clint Howard and Sherlynn(sp)Fenn. Sure it's cheesy but, I can't help myself.

Or another movie I'm not sure its a B or not. No Man's Land with DB Sweeny and Charlie Sheen. Great Car movie. Or try Gumball Rally.
