So you choose not to patronize McDonalds because they do not serve beer, that is your choice. Now you also have the choice of patronizing a place that allows smoking. You also have the choice to patronize places that allow screaming kids too. Screaming kids are a hazard to my ears and could cause me to go deaf so we should ban them!
Its the choice of the customer to do that and should not be regulated by the government.
I will smash your face into a car windshield and then take your mother, Dorothy Mantooth, out to a nice seafood dinner and never call her again!
Tell me about it, this morning, I woke up and I shit a squirrel, but what I can't get is the damn thing is still alive. So now, I've got a shit covered squirrel running around my office and I don't know what to name it.
Yes, they can establish Pre-Cancer Wards for the smokers.
But they should also provide smoking cessation help for their students. It is an addiction, but hopefully one a bit easier to break for college students since they hopefully haven't been smoking for too many years.
I know more than one former smoker who kicked the habit when they were forced to stand outside in 20 degree weather to support their nicotine addiction. I guess if they were in Ankara you could call it quiting Cold Turkey??![]()

Owning a gun is legal yes, and why isn't it allowed in a bar or restaurant? The answer is the same reason you can't drink if your under 21, responsibility.
They two are not related man.
Let me ask you is it fair for a bar owner to be forced to go non smoking because 1 out of his 100 customers doesn't smoke?
You do know that these bans have put bars completely out of business?
Here in Ohio, they have built outside patio's. I know it sucks in the winter time, but most are covered and have large heaters.
I go back and forth on the ban, but personally like being able to go out and watch a game, have a couple of drinks and not smell like smoke. However I see the other side and it is taking away their right wether to smoke or not. I think bars should be able to decide whether or not to have to have smoking and it becomes my choice to go to them or not. Businesses should not and don't make it, "it's your choice to work there or not", it is a stupid statement.
