I was in Latrobe the summer of 2002 for the Rolling Rock Town Festival concert.
I will smash your face into a car windshield and then take your mother, Dorothy Mantooth, out to a nice seafood dinner and never call her again!

Tell me about it, this morning, I woke up and I shit a squirrel, but what I can't get is the damn thing is still alive. So now, I've got a shit covered squirrel running around my office and I don't know what to name it.

What's great about the camp is that most of the players are open to talking to the fans coming over to the sidelines before and after the practice. When the kids were small we would go to the Giants camp at the local university here. The Gs have since moved the camp to upstate NY to get away from The City attractions. These were forever getting back to campus after durfew.

I recall LT pulling up to the camp field in limo, his gear in the trunk and a valet to carry it over to the sidelines.

The Giants would hold a blood drive at the camp. If you timed your donation right, the Giants would drop in between sessions, hand out photos, cards and sign autographs. They had a waiting area for kids while the parents were on their backs donating. The players were the babysitters, sitting around and playing games with the kids.

The last year we went Michael Strahan was a rookie. He posed for a photo with us. After I got it developed, my older son, says "Ah, trash it, Strahan's only a rookie." Little did he know MS would have potential for the HoF. It wasn't too many years later, he pulled that photo out and put on a shelf in his room.

Champions are made while no one is watching.
