Announced Super Bowl Sunday.

Florida State football has agreed to take 12 losses and give back the 2007 men's track national championship arising out of the academic cheating scandal, along with dozens more victories and placings across 10 men's and women's sports.

Not that it's a surprise, but isn't it coincidental the announcement was made on the day with the most football noise and after national signing day of course.
