OR we could let him know that we're expecting to be served, since he lives in the dorm that has a kitchen in every suite. The table's pretty small though, we might have to sit on his bed or at his desk to eat.

Let's face it, there aren't that many in Cedar Rapids. Why not just pick it up in the AM, pack it and tailgate it while hoping it doesn't rain?

True. Two of my nephews have season tickets - I think they have the tailgate thing down, so we might just bring food and join their party. I'm looking forward to checking out the friends thing. I think he's been hanging pretty tight with the friends he already knew, and I like those kids but I do hope to meet some new friends. I'll let you know.

We wound up letting the boys choose and they wanted to show us a little diner they like - Hamburg Inn. We gave them grief about choosing a place where we couldn't get a beer, so we went to Olde Chicago for that later. We had a great weekend in spite of the game.
