    Thanks all.
    I did get some bad news today, I need to get shoulder surgery for a Judo injury that happened 3 months ago. The Dr. first thought it was a torn rotator cuff and sent me to physical therapy. After a few months of that and no improvement, I got an MRI. Now they are saying it is a torn labrum and possible bicep tendon tear and I need to get arthoscopic surgery.
    Recovery is 6-8 weeks unless they need to repair the tendon which will make it 6-9 months recovery.
